Hi, Yesterday I passed the CCNP - Remote Access. It was more difficult than I had thought. Makes me wonder about the SUPPORT, which will be my last. Of course, I don't expect to get a job, but it is fun to learn. Then I can focus on Cisco IP Telephony which is my real interest. I have read two books on it. I would like a hands-on lab class but I can't afford it.
The exam had a simulator question it is. That was nice. Those callback was complex. The CCNP - Remote Access Study Guide by Sybex is crap! Not worth the money. The McGaw - Osborne book by Thomas/Newcomb/Mason is much, much better. The CCNP is a great learning experience. I feel I know something now. The post here make sense. I couldn't answer any of them, but I understand them. I bought the RouterSim simulator/lab and it gives real world experience at a low level, but better than pay $20K for a basement lab. -edgar . . . there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messager of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure. - 2 Corinthians 12:7 Message Posted at: http://www.groupstudy.com/form/read.php?f=7&i=70476&t=70476 -------------------------------------------------- FAQ, list archives, and subscription info: http://www.groupstudy.com/list/cisco.html Report misconduct and Nondisclosure violations to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
