Have you signed the certification agreement? You should have received a
paper copy that you can sign, or go to the certification tracking system
and sign it online if you haven't already - you aren't certified until
you've signed it.

That is LONG.
Go to Cisco's website and log on to the certification tracking page. If the
test shows as taken or certification as completed you are mostly OK. You
need to CALL cisco and find out what is going on with your papers. Now, if
you are not even in the system that is not good
That's really long. I got my CCNA certificated in 20 days in India.
