Cisco 3000 IOS [7:25745]

for my private CCIE lab i have got an Cisco 3102 with 8MB Flash and 4 MB RAM, unfortunately without IOS. i tried to find an running image on the cisco site, i also called the cisco helpdesk but all images i found didn´t fit in this small amount of memory. has anyone experience with this device and
