Has anyone experienced a problem with the 800 series that makes one of the POTS ports go off-hook and stay that way? I have an 804 that port 1 has gone off-hook and I cannot get it to reset itself. I have reloaded the router, re-programmed, and reloaded the IOS and still have the same problem. I called SBC and they show the ISDN line as being in service. Help?
