To make the doc CD work under win2k with IE, you need to venture into the
registry before installation.

Go to:

HKLM/Software/Microsoft/IE4/Setup

The Path variable contains a relative path. Replace this with a physical
path, usually C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer.

This has worked every time I tried except once. Not sure what was different
about that machine, but I didn't bother troubleshooting it too far...
