Cisco view Problems [7:39764]

Hi all, I'm having a problem with viewing devices using cisco view, i get an error message ''Please grant permission to launch cisco view.Quit the browser and try again'' I have looked at the installation notes no luck so far. Any help will be highly appreciated Thanx in advance MM __
