clear ip access-list counters

R5-2503#show access-lists abc
Extended IP access list abc
Dynamic test permit ip any any
permit ip host 10.10.110.16 any (38 matches) (time left 134)
permit tcp any host 10.10.110.3 eq telne
although that should have worked, try clear ip access-list counter as
well I just tested this on a 3662 and both commands worked (IOS 12.1)
