Under the port, add 'switchport mode access' as well. 

By default the switchports can automatically become
trunks if both sides agree, etc. If trunk isn't
negotiated then the port is in access vlan 11 in your
config below. The 'switchport mode access' command
forces port to be in access mode and not the "I'll
decide what type of port i'll be" mode.
