What's this message mean in the LOG ?

My reason for asking is, I'm troubleshooting an issue of slow speed to a
share on an NT server. The route goes like this: remote users on a 2948G
that is fiber attached to a 5509 then routed by a 7200 through a full T1
to another 7200 then to a 8540 to an NT server. The complaint is slow speed
accessing a share on this server. Trace times are around <10 to 80 ms max
from
the users desktop to the server.

Here's a twist, the route back goes through the frame-relay instead of the
full T1. Would I need to set up a BANDWIDTH for loading balance on EIGRP,
thus preferring the T1 over the frame link on the return trip?

I've seen it become slow at the 2948G but maintaining faster speeds
from a PC connected to the 5509 at the remote end. So I suspecting
switch problems at that end, but I'm not sure.

The message in the LOG above may not have anything to do at all with the
slow speed
problem, but I was just curious.

I welcome any thoughts out there in the group.

Thanks,
-L
