E1 and S/T ISDN interfaces in Australia

Hi All, I'm trying to test an ISDN S/T interface on a 3620. At the moment, I have an E1 link with 2 channels being used. And I was wondering if it is possible to test the S/T interfaces on the 3620 with the E1 link? Will I fry the circuit on the S/T port? Thanks Albert
