Hello: My company is debating if we should buy extreme 6808 switch which has 64 gbps backplane compare to Cisco's 6509 has 32 Gbps backplane. Cisco's 6509 is scalable up to 256 just like extreme but no one seems to answer my question how would they do it and cost for upgrading baclplane ? Has anyone of u had experince with extrem boxes ?
