Frame Relay for the Lab

I'm deciding on a router to use as a frame relay switch in my lab. I read a view posts back about the 4000 being a good value. How is it compared to a 2521 for the lab? The 4000 looks like it would be more expensive but it's moduler. What exactly could I do with it in the future? Thank Keith
