Funny CSU WIC-T1 problem. [7:30264]

Just curious if this has ever happened to anyone... I had one of my T-1's go down today. Turned out is was actually on my end. Anyways, I ran a loopback from the CLI to no avail (Down/Down). I then went and swapped my cable, nota. So what the hey, I put it in loopback by pressing the button on
