HELP!!! Lab setup Problem!

I cannot get my two routers to talk over a CSU/DSU connection and cannot figure out what I am missing. I get the notice "Serial 0 is up, line protocol is down" on both routers. I am just starting out so I would appreciate any advice on items to check in troubleshooting this setup. One router co
