HELP with BOOTUP !!!! [7:13031]

I have a cisco 2503 router that is in the mode of Router(boot)>. I have tried doing a "copy tftp flash" with another 2500 file stored on my tftp server, but it would not work, because when I got to the option that asked for destination file name there was none present in the router. Any sugg
