Hi Can anybody tell me how to connect E&M port to an EPABX? I have a 1750-2V router with WIC-2E/M card. I measured the voltage at the output of the card and I am not getting any voltage either in E ( PIN-7) or in M ( PIN-2) leads. only 51V is measured at the Signal Battery Lead ( PIN -1) Without voltage at E lead how can we connect to the rotuer?? I have configured for 4 wire , Type 5 , wink-start. signalling. Can anybody tell me how to connect the E&M port so that when I dial the access code, i will get the tone from rotuer??
