Hey guys..I need some Cisco help.. [7:5050]

I'm new to the Cisco world...I am in the middle of purchasing a Catalyst 5000, however there seems to be some strange problem with this particular one that I'm interested in. On HARDBOOT the EARL fails...and on SOFTBOOT the EARL passes. I'm wondering if I should pass this cisco unit up for
