Try using tftpdnld command from ROMMON

I believe that if you break yourself into rmmon, you can still use your
ethernet port reguardless of IOS.
Make sure the switch port is on portfast.
I don't recall the exact proceedure to do it, but if theres a call for it,
I'll go find a router and break the network

Since your ethernet port is down, tftp distater recovery is out. The xmodem
option is fine, but I would recommend setting the console speed to 115200 or
you will be there a while. If that isn't possible, you may as well get
started. I have done this in the past and always used 'xmodem -y

I have got a problem with Cisco IOS , I have Cisco 2620 Router and uploaded
an IP Plus software via TFTP (copy tftp flash)
After Rebooting it does initialized its Voice Ports but not Ethernet Ports
or EtherNet Controllers. Since its Ethernet is also not Responding How can I
get My IOS back to its
