Do a debug ISDN events, debug q921, debug q931 and see if all three steps work. If so, I'd check dialer-maps, ppp settings and authentication and ip addresses.
TO me, I'd suspect the ISDN switch. The Debug isdn event should show when the switch drops you and why it did.
