I need to make an upgrade on the a 65094s MSFC2 due to sevral crashes I had
in the last days.
The problem is that the recommended image doesn't fit on the msfc's
bootflash. I tried to boot loading the image from the Supervisor slot0: , as
suggested on the Cisco manuals, but it was not po
I boot my MSFC2 in the lab off of slot0 and it works fine!! Get a
console connection on the sup and do a "switch con 15". Then do a
reload and see why it is failing.
If your MSFC is in the boot mode you do need to bring up an active
VLAN or you will never get the image off of the sup-slot0
Do you want to upgrade the boot image or the ios image ?
