Many thanks to everyone on this board who helped out. I'd finally got it working using the method suggested by Daniel and Erik. The case-sensitive was the trick. I'd also download the Router Software Loader suggested by Chuck. I still haven't figured this one out yet. It kept complaining about the communication port being tied up. But the instruction said to cross-connect the pc to the router and also connect the pc to the console port (this used com 1). Anyway, I will keep on digging.
