Logs for the circuits Up/dpwn time

Hi folks, I have two lease cicuits of 64 Kbps and the circuits are getting worst and worst day by day past two months and whenever i am not at my office, i cannot log this information of the circuits up and down times. Is their any method thru which i can view the logs for this two circuits, li
