You may see some duplicate messages from the Cisco list. This is because a mailer at xinhuanet.com is looping messages back on the list. This happens quite frequently and we have had for years loop prevention software to prevent these loops. The offending mailer (along with about 100 others) are blacklisted from GroupStudy.
But unfortunately I had to rewrite the mail delivery system on GroupStudy. The loop prevention software has not been ported yet, so we may still receive from time to time loops. Thanks!
