Hello to everyone

Over the past few months I have pondered the question of " Should I or
Shouldn't I". The "Should I" won. Now to lay down a plan of action.
Thus my question to those that are currently studying, passed the CCIE
written and or lab is this.

What was your method of studying? What worked well for yourself and what
advice in study method would you propose? The archives have the information
of what to study, what to expect, how they felt after writing the test etc.
I am in the organizational phase and am asking for help in just that,
getting organized. I will use the blue print and the archives to find out
the what to study.

IE:
The spiral approach, study a little of everything then go back and go
further into depth.

Do all your reading work on a subject matter then do the hands on. Or should
you intermingle hands on while you are reading over a subject?

Should you study all you can about one subject then move onto the next?

How much time should you leave for review prior to the written exam?

Should you write the exam when you feel you have a shot at the lab? Or
should you write the test in the beginning then focus on the lab?

Where I work is fully supportive of this goal. A lab is in process of being
set up. There is no lack of books in my living room but there is always
room for a few more.

Any pointers would be welcome.
