Switches forward multicasts by default. Routers don't.

I do not think it is turned on by default. ip multicast-routing is the
command to crank it up. by default, it will be sent out of all ports on
your Cats. We are using igmp snooping here. It is better than cgmp. We
once opened up a ticket to understand the difference.
