All, I've been busy calling the entire state of MD and haven't come up with much, but I thought that I would pass along what I do have so that others who have been effected by this may possibly get some answers.
Phone Numbers: Annapolis Attorney General: (410) 576-7036 Bankrupcy Court: (410) 962-2688 The case number is 66148, it is a forced bankrupcy and has been filed by Cathryn Goldman on behalf of 3 former employees. I have left a message for Cathryn and hope to hear back from her. If you would like to call her: (410)783-3550. In speaking with the bankrupcy court it looks like this is a "No Asset" case. I'm not up on legalese, but this does not sound good.
