OT : Salary Surveys

I have been tasked by my HR people to find out what sort of money Senior Network Administrators should get paid! I was wondering if anybody has any related articles or links to collect some information.   I am not wondering what people make specifically , I am looking for averages in areas. The areas I am interested in are Canada and the US but international would also be OK.   TIA   Patrick
