page 203 it states "...your organization may wish to prioritize the flow of
certain types data, such as encapsulated SNA over e-mail..."
So now I have three questions:

A Cisco editor would have caught that! ;-)
It means prioritize SNA before e-mail, i.e. SNA is higher priority than
e-mail. SNA on a LAN is encapsulated in something, such as TCP/IP and
Ethernet, (thought that is not at all relevant.)
