I currently have a PIX 1000 that has a bad motherboard\CPU and I am planing to upgrade it the only difference is that the Intel boards have PIX flash code burned in to the BOIS to make a PIX firewall all you should need is the BIOS loader with the PIX code and a flash card. you can buy a new 16 me

Using software which designed for use on a cisco hardware platform on another hardware platform is a violation of the software license(see General Limitations (i). Be careful, read the license. A lot of the people here are here to study for cisco certs which can be revoked for doing stuff like t

I would safely assume all on this list would be interested in doing this. It's not like somebody is going to sell an old compaq desk pro as a pix firewall. Copying boson exams illegally is piracybuilding a hardware platform to learn on and gain information about is nothing of that sort. Jus
