Try to share with all off you. While doing my CCNP
, configure router for DDR is look like easy task, but when do it live then I
encounted some problem.
Look at this command that casue the router can't
authenticate.
wchm-gw1(config-if)#ppp pap sent-username xyz
password 7 xxxxx [ Enter ]
this command have hidden problem here while I enter
it. The '7' mean encrypt the xxxxx
password.
Watch Out the spacing between '7' and xxxxx, it
supposed look like should have a spacing ...but it is not !!
the correct way is :
wchm-gw1(config-if)#ppp pap
sent-username xyz password 7xxxxx [ Enter
]
