I hope to get a book on Troubleshooting this week. I used the Cisco Press Study Guide and a bit of Cisco Interactive Mentor (CIM). I didn't really like CIM though. I found the labs to be very confining. You could only enter certain information and could only show certain things. Has anyone else used CIM in preparing for exams????
