Depend on the version of Pix OS on the firewall, you need an TFTP server so that you can download the npxx.bin to the pix in "monitor" mode from the TFTP server to erase the password on the pix. Very simple. Go to www.cisco.com and search for "password recovery" Good luck. John Brandis wrote:
