** High Priority ** hello, yes you can. You must copy IOS before on the first Router ( flash, flash card, etc ...) Activate server tftp on the fisrt Router with name of file. "Router(config)#tftp-server flash:name of IOS" On the second Router, copy tftp flash where the IP address of TFTP is the IP of the first Router. Prefer IP address of serial link, in boot rom no routing process RUN.
