The problem is you need a different version of IOS. You need at
least the 'plus' version.

Your IOS is an IP feature set IOS, you need at least an IP Plus feature set.
It's indicated by IS letters for example you have C2600-I-M IP Plus will
look like C2600-IS-M.

You need at least an IP Plus feature set, which would be indicated by
C2600-IS-M.
