this is a great idea. However, we have tried this. While speaking to the telco,
we verified everyone using primary-dms100.

I would check the switch type with the provider, as this has happened to me before. I would try different switch types as well, because I have noticed most technicians only know the closest swtich type, which may not be the switch you are attached to
