On router 2 do this:
router bgp 1
network 1.0.0.0 backdoor
where 1.0.0.0 is the major network you are
routing. This will cause the admin distance for that route to change to
200. It will not advertise the network. Check out Halabi pg 324 or

think you can use the BGP backdoor option to achieve this.
