I took the 640-901 on Aug 15th and it was tuff for me. A lot of BGP, OSFP,
and ISIS questions. I think I also had a couple EIGRP questions. There
were a few lengthy route configuration simulations as well as a few
subnetting/VLSM questions.
What books are you using to prepare for the test?

reading stuff off the Cisco web-site because that is a good place. Also, I
am using Internet Routing Architectures by Sam Halabi.

I passed the 640-901 in July. "Routing TCP/IP Vol. 1"(Doyle)
and "Internet Routing Architectures 2nd Edition"(Halabi)proved
to be a solid combination. "Advanced IP Routing in Cisco Networks"
(Slattery/Burton) was also pretty helpful.
I also used a couple of 2500 routers to practice really
know BGP. also be able to distribute routes from ospf to bgp. It's a tough
test but it's doable. and the material you have should cover it as long as
you suplement it with isis.
