What version of IOS are you using? As others have said - you may need 'ip classless' in your config. The ip subnet-zero problems occur when the network address and subnet address both end in 0 (zero)have a look at - http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk648/tk361/technologies_tech_note09186a 0080093
