try the ccbootcamp book. I am currently using it and it seems pretty good.
www.ccbootcamp.com also get the BOSON TEST 3. The auther wrote both.

I would also suggest Bridges,Routers and Switches by Andrew Bruce Caslow.
It's designed for the lab but it's also good for the written. Good luck!
