Hi Edgar, Just double check on the Workstation service on the Win2K server. I have worked on systems in NT4 environment and there used to be this service which provides all services to NT clients, and if this is off the clients can not see the server on the network. HTH Vikram -Original

Please clarify: You mentioned both W2KServer Desktop (is is Professional)? If W2Kserver are you running Workgroup or Domain? If domain, please check to make sure W98 is logged into the domain. If Workgroup do you have any personal firewall running? If you do, check the traffic log and open UDP
