I'm assuming that the Slot0 in the supervisor module of the Catalyst 6500 is
available to the MSFC card to use as well. The commands are there in the
MSFC but when I try to copy to or from slot0: I get this error message:
"%Error opening slot0:c6msfc2-boot-mz.121-3a.e4 (No device available)"
Slot0: is accessible from the Supervisor module...I tested that.
Anybody had any experience with the MSFCII cards and downloading code to
Slot0:? There is only 16MB of flash on those things and the code is like
14MB so there's no room for error. I would like to be able to download it
to the slot0: and run it from there to make sure it's good...at this rate I
will have to download it into the flash and erase what is there now.
Thoughts?
