I know it says that, but we have ran 7000's for a long time with no metal
sleeve. Just make sure you buy the right flash cards.

Its part number is SLV-FCC-RP. List price is $25. It holds a regular Flash
card in the slot of an RP. On the 7500 series RSP the Flash cards are deeply
inserted. To remove there is an eject button. On the 7000 RP the Flash card
is only inserted an inch or less. It needs the special sleeve to keep
