There is no default username and password.

What you need to do is be on the server you installed it on and point
your web browser to 127.0.0.1:2002 this will put you right into the
administrators screen from there you add the usernames and passwords. To
add an administrator so you can administer this box from across the
network go to administrator control button then add a admin.

That should do it.

Does anybody know the default username and password for a vanilla
install of Cisco Secure ACS for Windows version 3.0??  I'm being
prompted for a username and password to login, but can't find one in the
documentation.  I tried the password recovery procedure, but there are
no adminstrators created yet... help needed and appreciated.
