network management program: CWSI.
RME
has many administrative tools, one of them being comparison of
configuration.
This
software is not cheap.

I am looking for
I believe 'windiff' from the Microsoft NT 4
resource kit is one.
Pretty much all flavors of unix can handle
this with built in commands but I cannot remember any of them right now. :-(
