Under the voice-port configuration, change the wait-wink timing with the
timing wait-wink command. What is probably happening, is that the router
isn't waiting long enough for a response to come back from the PBX. This
will give the PBX time to respond to the routers reqest for an open DS0.
My config looks something like this:
voice-port 1/0:0
timing wait-wink 5000

I have a problem scenario as:
I am having a Cisco 3662 router, having 2 port E&M
VIC. I have configured the E&M port with the required
parameters from PBX, like type 5, signal immediate and
operation 2 wire. I also have created a pots dial peer
for this E&M port which is connected to the PBX. The
PBX make is Alcatel and the code configured on PBX to
seize the E&M on router is hash symbol and 76. But
when i dial this, i get the busy tone, i should get
the tone from router. So can anyone help me??
