But I have problem getting the SMARTnet program activate.
My product documentation cd don't work properly.
Wonder if you can help me get the IOS and send it to me ?

In order to download and install a new IOS, you will need a valid SMARTnet
Contract #. You can then go to the contract support pages for Cisco TAC (
http://www.cisco.com/tac ) to download the appropriate software.
