I used the practice exams from CertificationZone, along with most of
their study guides, especially the Token Ring, Bridging, and routing
guides. I found that the questions on that site were far more difficult
than the actual exam, so if you find yourself consistently passing
those, you should do
When I first read through the guide I thought it was not in-depth enough
but it seemed to cover most of the topics. After taking the exam, I
would judge the book a little better. You still need to read of *lot*
of other material, but this book would be a good supplement to your
studies.

I wouldn't rate it good.
Probably you would want to use it to just to warm-up the topics
but not further. The book doesn't go into any details nor does it cover
the materials in the exam.
All the other books mentioned are far better than the Sybex, specially
Caslow's BRS for CCIE.
