I have that card on my 7206. I have had no problems. But except for one little thing. It seems that that when ever the router is re-booted, it seem to put the second interface into a line loop, at least on the led indicator (orange). Simply doing a shut, no shut turns off the line loop led off, and things are good again. Good thing the router is hardly ever re-booted.
