I've used the practice exams from Self Test Software for Cisco, Microsoft, and Oracle. They're always my first choice when I'm looking for a practice test. Their questions always seem to match the tone of the real exam, are slightly harder than the real exam, and the 'look and feel' of the software is similar to the real exam.
