No. If there is availabe bandw over the guaranteed bandw that is used, I want to assign it with priority to class A. If class A doesn-t need the bandw then to class B and so on. CQ assigns the remaining band to all the traffic patterns (it can not use priorities, as far as I know) It must be a f
